Showcases a cutting technique known as "parallel grooves”, where grooves are cut side-by-side instead of one after another, allowing for a different aural experience depending on where the needle is dropped. The first comes from Bettye LaVette, with hidden gems from legends Billie Holiday & Nina Simone. Includes deftly interpretations of classics like “Strange Fruit” and “I Hold No Grudge”.
