Higher Authorities is the new project from a duo of shadowy, psychedelic adventurers. Their debut album, Neptune – a collection of dub influenced, electronic explorations. Higher Authorities worked in cahoots with legendary producer Adrian Sherwood on the mixing & production of Neptune.
