International RSD 2020 release. Maverick singer-songwriter Alvin Spetz, aka That Will Be Lunch, is responsible for three wildly eccentric and original albums on Scratchy Records. Now he's back with a surreal, dada-esque double AA-sided 7" for Record Store Day featuring an electro version of the '70s Wild Cherry disco classic "Play That Funky Music White Boy" -- complete with a cuckoo clock, naturally. On the AA "Discarded Things" you find the reclusive "art-pop prangster" mojo reflecting lovingly on exposed "bits of pipework" which he confesses to finding "oddly alluring". And why not. 7" blue vinyl.
